How Rip & Ship Streams Work
- Go to pocketpackstcg.com and place an order. See below for shipping details. Take note of your Order Number as this may be how PocketPacks asks.
- If you order during a Rip & Ship stream, your order will be opened during that stream.
- If you ordered between streams, your order will be opened during the next Rip & Ship stream.
- When your order reaches the top of the queue, please let PocketPacks know whether you want your Code Cards, reverse holos, bulk cards, etc.
- If you are not present in stream when your order is opened and have not made prior arrangements, PocketPacks will giveaway Code Cards and not include bulk cards.
- All holos or better will be sleeved. High value cards will also be placed in a top-loader.
Shipping Orders
- Shipping cost is 7 USD for domestic and 25 USD for international shipping (anywhere in the world). This cost covers shipping of ONE bag of CARDs, which is large enough to hold the cards from multiple orders.
- Normally, only the hits (holos or better) are shipped. If you want all of the cards from your order, select the Bulk Shipping option.
- You do not need to pay for shipping with every order. If you have paid for shipping already, or are not prepared for PocketPacks to ship your order, choose the "I already paid for shipping" option (even if you have not already paid).
- PocketPacks will hold the cards from multiple orders across multiple streams until your bag is full or you are ready for PocketPacks to ship your order(s).
- When you are ready for PocketPacks to ship your order, you can pay for shipping. You can pay for shipping as the sole item in your order, if you want.
How Giveaways work
- No purchase is necessary to enter to win a giveaway.
- When a giveaway opens, you can enter by typing "!pocket". Every eligible viewer receives one chance to get selected.
- After the giveaway closes, viewers will be randomly drawn from the entries. PocketPacks has no ability to affect the random selection.
- A selected Viewer must announce themselves in the chat after being selected in order to claim their spot in the giveaway.
- For Pack Battles, each selected view will be assigned one pack. The viewer whose pack produces the card with the highest value will win all of the hits (reverse holos or better) from all of the packs in the battle. Value is determined using Market Value in the price guide on tcgplayer.com.
- Winners must announce themselves in the chat after winning a giveaway in order to claim their winnings.
- First-time winners must send an email to info@pocketpackstcg.com including their real name, chat user name, mailing address, and the date of the giveaway that you won. First-time winners who are under 18 years old must have their parent's/guardian's permission and their parent/guardian must send the email.
- Winners are not eligible to win another of the same type of giveaway in a single stream and if a winner enters another of the same type of giveaway and is selected, the spot in the giveaway will be re-drawn. A channel Member may enter and win both a Viewer giveaway and a Member giveaway in the same stream
Rules of Conduct for the Chat
- We want to have a family-friendly stream that celebrates the Pokemon community and encourages others.
- Moderators often post links to other Poke-tuber channels, but please do not self-promote your channel in the chat or ask to have a link posted.
- Abusive speech, hate speech, bullying, and other inappropriate speech will not be tolerated and will cause a moderator to silence you in the channel.
- Spamming messages (even if not the same message) monopolizes the chat and will cause a moderator to time you out.
- Asking for free things (e.g., cards, memberships, slots in a giveaway, etc.) will cause a moderator to time you out.
- When a giveaway opens, type "!pocket" (without quotes) only once. Spamming "!pocket" will cause a moderator to time you out.
- If you typed "!pocket" while the giveaway was open, then you are entered in the giveaway. Asking whether you are entered in a giveaway will cause a moderator to time you out.
- Complaining about not being selected for a giveaway will cause a moderator to time you out.
- Using multiple accounts will not be tolerated. Alternate accounts that enter giveaways (and possibly main accounts) will be silenced in the channel.
- PocketPacks chooses his moderators carefully. Asking to be granted moderator privileges will cause a mod to time you out.
