Sonic Adventure 2 (Japanese: ソニックアドベンチャー2 Hepburn: Sonikku Adobenchā Tsū?) is a platform video game developed by Sonic Team USA and published by Sega for the Dreamcast console and the last Sonic game to be released for a Sega console and is a sequel to 1998's Sonic Adventure. It was released in North America, Europe, and Japan in June 2001 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The game was ported to the Nintendo GameCube and re-titled Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (ソニックアドベンチャー2 バトル Sonikku Adobenchā Tsū Batoru?), with brand-new features as well as minor changes in the level design. The original game and content from Battle was released in high-definition on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in October 2012. A version for Microsoft Windows was released in November 2012.
The game takes place after the events of its predecessing game: Sonic Adventure. The series antagonist Doctor Eggman releases Shadow the Hedgehog, who joins Eggman and treasure hunter Rouge the Bat to steal the seven Chaos Emeralds. The game's story focuses on the protagonists Sonic the Hedgehog, Knuckles the Echidna and Miles "Tails" Prower as they attempt to stop Eggman and Shadow from collecting the Chaos Emeralds.

A late comment I know, but I do have some name and type suggestions! Our sky blue hero garden baby could be a Hero Swim chao named Cherub! And for the Red Two-Tone chao you could make them a Dark swim chao named Dhampir!

My vote for the names are: Red Chao: Ragu (Very pasta saucey vibes I get from them) Powder Blue Chao: Minty (For the yummy mints!) Love seeing some Chao raising in 2024!

I think it could be fun to make the red one a Hero Power/Fly chao so they look like a Beetroot? Plus it'd be a good step towards the all S chao you need for the chao challenge races goal as it would make the red chao's power stat an A if I recall right? As for the closed eyes, I thought they were cute for at least one of the chao to keep (I think they'd be neat on the red chao in specific) but, I think the mouth change was a good choice. :) As for the new blue/green one I don't have much outside of that I think they should be a Dark chao. Maybe Dark Swim chao? Excited to see what becomes of the new chao. :3

My suggestions Azure as the name and swim/neutral for the blue chao and Shishi as the name and run/neutral for the red chao. The two of them are like twins so keeping them both neutral would be cool

Triple Evolution Grrrrr looks so neat. I love the colors on the belly and ...horn? tips. Anyone else immediately suspected shenanigans when they saw MadMaxxi in the garden? For our newest Chao; Red Chao: Name = Merp. Evolution Type: Hero/Run/Run Powder Blue Chao: Name = Dia. Evolution Type: Neutral/Fly/Run ... ... ... ... ... So when's Melon MAN going to show up and give these Chao something to strive for?

The red two tone should be called Dasharro and be a hero run/power type. The Two-tone powder blue chao should be a neutral fly/Swim type.

Hey Choa, my name’s Eli & I’m outside smoking listening to Bob Marley in Minnesota and I had a random question come to mind. It’s a Chao Garden-related-question for ya. Technically isn’t there 9 Chao Gardens? I ask because I have Sonic Adventure 2 purchased on the PS3, and I just completed 1 of the 3 save files story-wise & I’ve put a LOT of time into the Chao Garden. I’ve yet to buy the dlc tbh. Besides the fact, if there’s 3 save files isn’t there 9 Chao gardens for options?? Or do the same Chao relay through & carry onto other save files?? Edit: Sorry I’m aware this is a lot to read, refer to the first part of this comment as an excuse. 😂

Name and Idea for Red Chao: Since he can fly alongside a Rocket why not call him Rocket? Or something of the like (Missile, Torpedo, or Booster) And to change things up Give him a Reverse mirror and make him a Dark Power :0 For the Blue Chao The name ideas I have are Skye, Celeste, or Lad. and I think Neutral Fly's look good as Powder Blue TT.

I have commented this one before, but I still think that one of the new chao should be named Goofy and become Goober's best friend. In reference to Spongebob's Goofy Goober. I think this would fit the blue one quite nicely and then you could turn him into any hero type.

Club chao hero garden next stream to celebrate unlocking the gardens and new chaos. I also think i would be funny if you made the hero garden chao a dark chao and dark garden chao a hero chao. Red chao name: bacon. Type:hero fly. Blue chao name: Frosty. Type:dark run.

Red Two-tone power types tend to be over saturated in coloration except the dark types. Yet I think there's only two hero power subtypes that aren't too bad with the oversaturation issue.

@@zenvariety9383 Darn, I was hoping the two tone accent color would darken a little on the red two tone if it was a power type. I have an two tone orange one that it looks neat on. I haven't raised many red two tones. Hopefully there will be more recommendations for Choa to choose from.

@@Brain_Nerd4Life that's understandable. Yet by viewing the Chao viewer the accents are red which causes the oversaturation issue. Either the body should be darkened or the accents lightened up. Yet I'm surprised that no one has made a coloration mod that would fix two-tone red hero and Neutral power types and hero and neutral green Two-tone swim types. The same mod could be used to update the two tone normal neutral normal type second evolutions and the white two tone hero Chao. The Chao in Space video shows us what the two tone normal neutral normal fly type would look like with a color update.

@@MoonLord860 feed a Chao dark fruit or raise with a dark type character. Abusing with a hero type character turns a Chao dark, but that would be cruel.

To make a Sonic Chao raise a Chao equally with hero and dark type characters and make sure that speed is the dominant stat with influence. Checking the Chao editor or documenting run type animals or chaos drives are given is a good way to check. Once it evolves ensure that the run stat has the most influence. Once the run stat is maxed out and the Chao matures it should be a Sonic Chao.
