Hello! Have just started this today. Am a little confused… do I continually use the patches or do I have a week off as you do with the pill?

In the second half of the cycle, do you have to wear one conti patch for the progesterone and one 50 patch for the oestrogen? Or, does 1 x conti patch contain both the estrogen and progesterone you need? I'm confused because I'm 1 box, there were both conti and 50 patches, and in the other, only 50 patches I'm bleeding alot 10 days into cycle and am confused as to what I'm doing wrong

Hi thanks for watching and commenting. I’m afraid I can’t comment on your individual case, however I can say the conti patch has both the progestogen and oestrogen in it. It would be worth clarifying your regime with your doctor.
