So bad pay is an excuse to steal kids presents ????? Evri needs shutting down , one of their drivers has just nicked a parcel with £400 worth of clothes in it and posted a picture on as though it’s been delivered , when u can clearly see it’s in the boot of the guys car , scum bags
My Granddaughters tablet was stolen last Christmas.The person delivering from Evri lied and said they delivered the parcel and have left it under the mat. They took a picture of the front door but there was no parcel shown in the picture. I thought, I know times are hard but what is the world coming to that you can't even trust delivery companies! Very sad. 😡
The driver I get is very good...my stuff seems to get stolen at the depo. If it gets to Alan, I'll get it. Not if I'm gets delayed before him...I won't get it. Always seems to be branded stuff that gets stolen too
For anything electronics , I always recommend sending to the nearest pick up center or post office if I'm not going to be at home. Then I collect it from there when I am around. That way, the drivers can't steal it.
Worth courier I have seen I’m my life, absolutely useless delivery company in U.K. , no customer service, no email for companies just automated phone and robot for chat
Evri is a very bad company to work for. The work force are treated like shit, the so called management couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. The whole organisation needs to be closed down
I left, the app isnt optimised also, takes you to one address then 3 roads down then back to the first address later. Wasting fuel and paying poorly....
That why my families presents go missing Evri must without doubt be the worst most of the stuff goes a drift or goes to the wrong address in another town 🙈
My issue is them saying address not found and me having a legit photo of the sticker thats on my parcel and them still not telling me whats happening just says"we need you to take action" after i add neughbours address etc
Not so awful for my local courier, she takes the parcels and never delivers them. Reported so many times but Evri doesn’t care because the retailers just refund the buyer. I can’t order from anyone who uses Evri as I never get the parcels. She even stole food for my cats! It’s a disgusting company who employs thieves.
Evri is literally the worst company you could work for I worked a day for a week for them it’s a joke they give you big parcels and trying to tell me rhe weight isn’t heavy so it’s not considered big
evri pay between 65p and 80p a parcel... so now you understand why are they in a rush all the time... they have to deliver to over a 100 houses just to break even sometimes...
@@josephlinden1630 you can literally see random cars which should tell you the gig economy is at fault. every tom dick and harry can pay for hourly insurance do this job. they aren't in it as a courier driver, they're there for extra income and since thats how its marketed by these large delivery companies they onboard almost everybody. hence, the odd thief here and there stealing a dozen parcels quickly turns to a generalization about the company and all of the drivers.
Who would steal these worthless parcels and risk losing a job. I bet most times the customer doesnt realize that someone in their house recieved parcels but didnt tell the purchaser, or maybe it still in their porch or with neighbour.
I do it due to having adhd an no being able to work well in a group its shit money but at least can show my kids I am working and not a bum, im on a better rate than this though? Im on 60p per postable 75p per packet 1.00 per parcel Over xmas you can make a decent bit but the extra unpaid work is a pisstake, also rebanding never gets accepted.
@androidloid2191 Hell no, never been on CX in my life buddy. Never would. Its night trunking work but a company has a handle on it. They're very limited too.
More than half the complaints are damaged or lost parcels. These guys "sorting their deliveries" can't even see the packages on the floor. Any of the other drivers can easily steal one. They are often chucked on the floor when "sorting" not placed. The same ofc when delivered. Now think about when the floor is wet. They then stuff the cars forcing in packages. Don't be a fkin simp. They are UNIVERSALLY despised as the worst courier. The drivers are the lowest of the low rats (generally) with low morale or standards. Never vetted and literally any pos can do it. Hence why they steal packages, damage packages, are stupidly late with packages, say they deliver packages when haven't so they can do so later. You get the idea. It's a trash company that hires trash drivers. The few decent drivers they get always leave because they are shit by association.
Having worked fr for yodel for twelve plus years, it's not in the best interest for courier to steal parcel because they have to pay for it even if the customer has it but lies and says it wasn't delivered still comes out of the drivers wage, even fine you for delivering late
Totally agree. I done a few days Amazon flex and ended up taking 20 parcels back and told them to shove it. A complete p!ss take. Expecting you to go to drops miles away. With a sat nav system that needs updating. Complete shambles and they’re like robots there. I now work for Evri, they are all very friendly. The management is lovely and actually care about how you’re doing and how you’re Finding it. I have a permanent route a stones throw from my house so I spent a fiver on diesel a day if that. Maybe I’m just lucky that I have a good depot 🤷♀️
