I've never played the hordetest but im loving it ! development hasnt been this transparent since I can remember! As a software engineer myself Im rly proud of how they started working
I was gonna say why the hell is that Allo so small compared to the Carno but comparing them to the human model it's not the Allo who's too small, it's the Carno being way too big, it's like a whole meter taller than it is in game. If the Carno was normal sized it's chin would be touching where the human model's head would be. It'd be almost as tall as the Allo (but still like a 20cm shorter than it) but with much less bulk.
Nah carno was always that big on release I remember raptors head would reach just above carno's shoulder/chest part also the model is in T pose, its just that carno looks small in-game because everything in game is too huge in human terms.
@@lynx17012 Nah that carno really is much larger than it is in game, when you look at the character screen as a Carno the adult size is only about a head taller than a human, which is much smaller than it is here and it's also supposed to be dwarfed by Allo.
@@ALunaticWithAShotgun in 3:57 you can also see cerato model and that's how big he is compared to Carnotaurus, so Carno is just big, just like in Legacy he was a little taller than Allosaurus
introducing new dinosaurs is good and all but the devs all need to be working on performance first then introduce dinosaurs. They are adding way more issues in the end, especially now with the game not running smoothly with the issues that are already going on.
The allosaurus model is small, and the carno model is too big. Switched around would be accurate. If the human model is 6ft, the largest specimen of Fragilis should be the same or a bit taller than the carno in the vid.
can someone please tell the devs that the last animation of Allo makes no sense. How does he jump???? Even if its a lunge, it stil doesnt make any sense. it has to lunge forward with 1 leg......not BOTH
I don't really like the fact that he uses his arm so much to attack as much when he catches with that yell and he swings his arms it's real good but the animations with just arm movements I don't find that great and not necessarily realistic
They can just easily be some sort of framework to set the mood. Cerato started with weird headbut like alt attack and in the end they went with biting. That leap and slap looks almost funny, ngl.
