I spent hours upon hours welding on 208, 211 and 215 amongst all the other pieces of equipment that needed a welders attention when it was seriously broken loved working there!!!!
this operator overload the trucks and spill rocks where the truck parks . rocks are tires killers ,he should keep the space clean of sharp rocks .overloading truck increase breakdown by 20 to 25%
The truck drivers should’ve already been backing up to get loaded before the shovel man swung his bucket around, also instead of sitting there, the next truck should’ve made his turn and sat behind the shovel
