It's not referring to the Bible of today. It's referring to the previous messages, but those messages weren't preserved. We believe that the Bible of today does have some truths in it but it also has things added and things taken out. The Holy Qur'an is the only book that has been preserved. You don't have to accept or believe in Islam for it to be true, but 1st, know for yourself what it says and not rely on anyone else's opinion about it. In closing, bashing and lying about the Qur'an won't make the Bible or Christianity true . Use your God given reasoning and question everything and not just believe blindly. ✌️

My atheist ex-Muslim friend is the opposite. he loves history. he left Islam because he doesn't believe that Allah preserves the Quran. he believes that parts of the Quran were lost during the Al Yamama war, and that the Quran memorizers were killed in that war. he also doesn't believe that anyone memorized the contents of the Quran, because there were many variations of the Quran before the destruction by Uthman. then the same problem repeated itself with the appearance of Quran variations before the standardization of the Quran in Cairo.

@@Raiden8423 If i remember correctly, my ex-Muslim friend said that many Muslims wanted to study in Cairo at that time, but there was an argument when there were many differences in the texts of the Quran that they brought from their respective countries. then a committee was formed to choose which texts were correct, and which ones should and should not be included in the Hafs version of the Quran. therefore the committee made the 1924 edition of the Hafs Quran, instead of using the original Hafs. i don't remember exactly, because the post was probably 10-15 years ago on Facebook. he also included the sources of the references.

One has good reason to be suspicious of the isnads. E.g Surah 17.1 in context looks like Moses' trip up Sinai, but badly garbled in the initial transcribing from Aramaic to primitive Arabic script. So the hadiths report it as a trip of Mohammed to Jerusalem, with another journey to heaven to parley over required prayers. The commentators ignored the Bible and created an inventive story, that helps them claim the Jewish Temple site and explain the 5 prayers, not in the Quran. The isnad then gives an appearance of legitimacy.

Uthman burned all of the differing Qurans so that they can agree with his. So the idea is that Muhammad may have taught something different but it was lost due to uthman especially since the Quran claims to confirm the Torah and gospel.

One mistake is one too many in a book said to be from an infallible being who should not make any mistakes of the creation of his own making. 1) Quran 86.6-7 Women do not produce sexual fluid from anywhere not even the ribs,during procreation,they produce a monthly egg formed in the ovaries. 2) Quran 12.20 Coins were not invented at the time of Joseph. 3)Quran 7.133 Flood was not part of the plagues of Egypt. 4) Quran 5.3 Forbids pork Quran 5.5 Makes all food lawful including the food of the Jews and Christians,and Christians are free to eat all food, including pork.

The Bible is not giving science, and one should not look for such in Bible or Quran, unless they were doing science. Dawah people have claimed the Quran has scientific predictions, to win converts. But in fact the Quran has many errors, e.g sun sets in a muddy pool in surah 17 or sun and moon orbit earth in surah 36 - "Allah" wrong twice, not able to decide on which wrong theory he should teach his prophet (really a man's 7C ideas.)
When Uthman (in the Islamic narrative) burnt other versions of the Quran, he had no divine guidance, and Jibril did not turn up for him, so not even an angel, (and that one was suspiciously unholy) ... whereas the councils of the church when choosing the canon, had the Holy Spirit in addition to their own wisdom, training and knowledge.
@@survivor1564 uthman was inspired by god to gather the already written qur'an during time of the prophet also during the time of abu bakr (kept with his daughter hafsa ) and combine it with the oral transmittion because people were at war and some of the muslims who orally memorized it was killed and they were afraid it will be corrupted like the bible and torah however the remaining people who were alive was more than enough to combine written qur'an with orally memorized and recitate .... Now tell me who are the author/s of the bible ?

they differ in recitation of some words which is already revealed to the prophet and he himself said the qur'an was revealed with 7 letters or 7 recitation .... it was god's mercy to make it easier for different dialcts to recitate it as well as some words add more deep meanings

One suspicious aspect of the Quran though is that the text was in control of the caliphs ... so they could alter it and enforce that on the Dar Al Islam, whereas with the NT that was not the case, since it wasn't political or about empire, hence no systematic altering was possible (but would be with the Quran).

How can the Bible be corrupted? Those who changed it would be brilliant. They would still need to prove Jesus through prophecies. 351 Prohecies fulfilled by Jesus. For example, Moses foretold of the Prophet in Deuteronomy 18:15, 18-19. Moses lived around 1300 to 1200 years before the incarnate God, Emmanuel, was born! Acts 3;19-23. We are invited to trust in Jesus because of Moses words. Read this and you will know that Jesus said he was the fulfillment. John 6:14 (some of the Jews believed) As the prophecy said, He would speak God's words. John 9:37-29. Acts 3:19-23 Peter invited others to turn to Jesus for He was the one Moses wrote about. Jesus said that Moses wrote of Him. John 5:44-47.

We know they were written prior to the 1C, due to the dead sea scrolls, Septuagint, targums. But God gives the ultimate proof if you believe on Him, as then you receive the Holy Spirit, who is God, and whose presence validates it is no lie. (Mohammed could not do that, as he thought Allah was only in heaven, and sent angels to prophets, not to ordinary people.) There are also miracles, visions, etc. Many muslims have had dreams of Jesus and become christians, recently, maybe the end of the age isn't far.

That is believing to one God Allah swt. The Quran is a complete one book that Allah swt gave as a revelations through Muhammad (saw). The Quran is not a compilation of OT and NT. The Torah,, Zabur and Injeel were only mentioned by name as a Previous revelations given to the privious prophets as a guidance to their own people. We dont have it and we are not oblige to look into it. The Quran clarified about what was the true happening in the past. The Quran can stand with his own.
