You know, it seems to me like IVE is really developing a personal style when it comes to their choreos. We are 3 releases in and I notice a pattern of elegant, sweet, youthful dance moves that are very much focused on the upper part of the body, a lot of delicate hand gestures, I really enjoy it. It’s refreshing and quite... unique? to them. I feel like it also suits their vibe and imagine which they have been cultivating and also fans started to associate with them. They feel young but still mature in the sense that it’s polished and elegant, idk they just feel expansive lmao, they feel like the rich, popular, pretty girls at school that everybody wants to be. Lmao

I really like the point choreo here because the choreographers took into consideration the narrative of all the group's releases so far. like it progresses from crush to infatuation to love? in eleven one of the point moves is shooting an arrow (Cupid's arrow?) and the point move here is an arrow hitting them in the heart. and while they're pulling their hands in to their chest it also forms like a heart shape? it's really clever.

I can't remember where I heard this from it was either from a kpop choreographer or one of the SM boys but its actual better for the center to be shorter or at least not too tall. For balance i guess Obv Ive is an except. Maybe its also so the tall ones don't have to get as low in certain formations.

2 of my most favorite girl group has one of the tallest member as center lol, Yoona and Wonyoung (during Iz*one)

@@Tenshikichi1 Well Wonyoung did rank No. 1 in produce. Doesn't No.1 usually get center. I guess the height thing is more of a thing in BGs In GGs they seem to prefer girls to have similar heights so thats why the shorter girls wear heels or platform shoes. which is prob why Yoona's height didn't mess with formations

@@artistblue18 well true but since pd48 is basically all arranged by the show pd, they literally chose the tallest to be center. Even with heels the GG "elegant team" can't reach the tall members lol. Even sooyoung complains about how it feels when the short ones have a center time and she has to be beside them.

@@Tenshikichi1 Wonyoung is a really good center tho visuals/stage presence So idk how much rigging that actually was needed to do for her to get no 1. I was literally just abt to mention sooyoung. LMAO her wish for more center time. See what I mean tho height matters in formations and can be a disadvantage. Sooyoung is taller than Yoona think abt the same height as Wonyoung/Yujin

@@artistblue18 apparently a lot since AKB48 girls should have been in the line up and in higher rankings (I mean their fanbase are no joke even in kr). Plus I didn't mean to say your statement is wrong by my first comment btw. Although there are some exceptions to it like miss A, Brave Girls, AOA, Aespa, Apink, etc
