More videos like this should be made so people can underunderstand the type of experiences non-whites have that facilitates getting involved in crime. Generally speaking, the media is more willing to explore the background of a criminal when the person is white, but a lot criminals deal with similar issues of abuse, neglect and mental illness-those issues aren't exclusive to white criminals. Bigots will have you believe every non-white criminal is born pure evil. Non-whites tend to live in poorer areas. Poorer areas usually have higher crime rates, which means young children are more likely to be exposed to things that can damage their minds, and because the areas they live in is poor, there is less healthcare support available to them.
