I dont know what he is saying, the language, but i read his body language and it tells me that you must run a polygraph test on him. See his eyes are moving around as if looking for what to say next. His hand gestures are begging the woman to believe him as if he doesnt believe himself. He is covering for someone and there is a lot at stake for him hence the desperate begging body language. I wouldnt be surprised if he is being blackmailed or they are holding someone he cares about, to ransom.
You should first understand the language to know what he's talking about before passing false judgement on him. Not everyone can speak in eloquence. We Kenyans know what he's saying and it's true. What he's saying is a repeat of what we've seen again and again in Kenya.
