It’s a racial thing they are considered our judicial system as being a white and they hate it so it’s hard for them in that position to speak up really honestly,,,They feel it’s a catch 22 situation which is why we need to abolish DEI placement which is why this officer was there in the first place
This chick is just as weird as this dude is. They definitely belong together. So annoying throughout the whole questioning. It's like she is protecting him, yet he not only was cheating on her but was willing to take a life just to get some from a kid. They are both losers!
It was because they are the same color and she has been questioned by somebody with different color they have no respect for our judicial system and this is a parent case of it
I believe "Mom brain" is a legit thing for many moms, however, in this particular situation my guess is it's likely a term she'd heard prior to this and she threw it out there with the belief that it would sound compelling and relatable. Bottom line, it serves as nothing more than a convenient excuse

Lord, my eye began to twitch from the annoyance of this chick! All she kept saying was, “I can’t remember.” She should’ve been held in contempt of court at this point 😤
She totally refused to tie down the period she stayed there. The poor prosecutor was asking the type of questions that could have narrowed down the timeframe as she already said she stayed for 8months, but then again she says she does not remember when she moved out. But she knows when they broke up but she still stayed after the break up. “I don’t remember”, is just a bad thing to come and say on the stand.

The whole “I have mom brain” is so annoying let alone so unsupportive toward fellow mothers and women. Some women may genuinely have memory fade during pregnancy or motherhood, but this woman is making those women look less credible. SMH.
I can't remember - has she not had time to think about this in the run-up to the trial. No wonder he chose her to have a relationship with, no memory sounds like the best way to be with him.
