I believe that most officers are corrupt but MLAs and MPs are also more than that..... using BDO just a pean is very shameful...5 time MLA h but OAS exam kavi clear nhi kar payenge.... MLA MP desh chala sakte h to administration (IAS/IPS/OAS ...) Kyun banaya h...apna frustration nikalo but using this type words shows how educated you are..
