As a person that was addicted to crack for 30 years and 5 yrs clean, it's not the drug or alcohol that's the problem, it was depression, guilt, no self worth, and a broken spirit. But having mental issues and addiction, will require a lot of work

i always wonder how you can stay live for 30 years. A lot of heroin addicts do too BUT how tf does that even work? I would think that even like 5-10 years would kill most people even if it was binge on alcohol

As Mark Cuban said a few weeks ago, he has to want to help himself. There's no lack of help on everyone else's part, Delonte needs to do his part as well. No one else can help him now.

That doesn’t change anything. You seriously don’t think in alllll the rehab stints and help that’s come someone has attempted to address his mental health? They may not say it on tv but I’m pretty certain it has and is behind the scenes. Let him get help in jail. He obviously can’t do it on his own.

It's not that easy depression is real. I literally just took a pic with him in my hood and he's too humble. I almost cried after I left just because I feel his energy. The NBA probably was the worst thing that fed into his mental health. He still a real as they get. I want help too

There are BILLIONAIRES addicted to drugs and alcohol. No amount of money can "cure" this disease. I get tired of folks saying that just because he had a lavish lifestyle he shouldn't fall into drug addiction. That is the most ignorant statement I have ever heard.
