Colossians 2:16 does not refer to the weekly sabbath but rather the ceremonial feasts and sanctuary services that the hebrews were instructed to practice in Leviticus 23, etc. These practices were symbolic of the salvation process that Christ was to fulfill as the Lamb of God offered up as a sacrifice. For this reason, in Matthew 27, Mark 15 when Christ died the veil in the temple/sanctuary was torn in two without hands because there was now no further need for symbolism as demonstrated in the sanctuary service as Christ had come and died - fulfilling the covenant. The Sabbath is a beautiful blessing. The enemy wants us to believe it is a burden. There will be those that think of you as legalistic if you choose to keep it holy but let us remember what David said in Psalm 1 : “Blessed are they whose delight is in the law of God and meditate on it day and night for he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water bringing forth much fruit” Much love to you❤️😉

I agree with brother Gabriel statement when he said sometimes Jesus stay silent when you ask him question he is not willing or ready to give you answer, i saw him several times in my dreams , I ask many questions, some He answered and some no word of response, only look at me intently and smile. I could remember his face expression. so awesome and adorable, his smile is breathtaking, i never wish to wake up from my sleep whenever I dreamt about him😃. so many things to say about Jesus that would make everyone loves him. His manner of talking, his peaceful presence, the freedom i enjoy around him , his steps of walking, easy going man and many times when he answer my question, he would say "follow me "that is the answer, as he was been described in the bible. I long to see him again , but he is not showing up like before , only the power in his name is what he left behind for me to overcome and tear down all satanic and demonic powers and forces that shows up in my dream. what a name is the name of Jesus. i am a great warrior in my dreams, but physically i look powerless.😄. You exposed Satan here, in the part 1 of your confession, you said that the evil angels told you that when we die we do not go to any other place, like heaven or another dimension., you said they told you that we goes back to the dust. Then, you said when you met Christ, He told you that we are mortal, that means we live forever with JESUS as HE promised us. The evil angels wanted to deceive you, we have , body, spirit and soul. Thank you for your comment friend. The brother did not say that Christ told him we are immortal. He said if we are faithful until the end, eternal life will be given as a gift which means we do not now have it. Body and spirit is what makes up the soul. Without the body there is no soul; without the spirit/breath of life there is no soul. Genesis 2:7 says "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Man became a living soul when the breath of life was joined with the body. Consider what the apostle Paul said in 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 "14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Eternal life is the gift that God will give to His faithful servants at Jesus' second coming. There are a few exceptions: Enoch, Elijah, Moses and those that were resurrected when Christ gave up the ghost in Matthew 27. Aside from these, the dead are asleep as the bible teaches. A really good testimony. It has strengthened me a lot in faith! He has the same first name as my grandfather and also comes from the same province in Angola. Unfortunately, some of our family also partly pursues ancestral cult. As a child, I can remember that I should be sacrificed. But God helped me get out of the situation. I will look for the books. I never comment nor "participate" in the interviews nor documentaries. But I am compelled now, when Gabriel say sometimes JESUS can't answer. My heart skipped because it's true. But HE doesn't answer not because HE cannot HE has all the answers always. When HE speak HE then answers already even before you ask, but it takes time to dawn to our dull minds, only later it could be months or years only then you discover that HE gave the answers for many things but because our small minds doesn't comprehend (we are slow in thinking and understanding) that time and what HE has said unfolds unceasingly over a long time. One phrase have many unlimited answers to many things in our journey in salvation. HE Is a TEACHER of simple words but they carry weight, a lot of weight (volume,value) Devine!! It takes spiritual descernment.
