The first phase of Exercise Tarang Shakti 2024, the largest multinational air exercise conducted by the Indian Air Force in six decades, has successfully concluded. During the closing press conference, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, Chief of the Air Staff, expressed his deep appreciation for the participation and cooperation of all the friendly foreign nations involved. He highlighted that the exercise exemplified the spirit of friendship and collaboration while showcasing exceptional performances across various domains.
The exercise's extensive scope encompassed not only advanced flying and maintenance operations but also extended to cultural exchanges through sports and yoga sessions. The Chiefs of the German, French, and Spanish Air Forces praised the IAF's capability to host such a complex and large-scale exercise, noting the significant progress made in enhancing interoperability and joint operational capabilities.
With the conduct of such a multinational exercise, India is building everlasting bonds as the Indian Air Force, Bundeswehr , Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace and Ejército del Aire, train and fly together, a powerful testament to unity and collaboration.
