Crime: falsifying business documents to cover up a campaign violation. Those are the two crimes a grand jury found enough evidence to indict a former President. Falsifying a business document in and of itself is a criminal misdemeanor, but doing it in order to cover up a campaign violation, elevates the falsification of documents case from a criminal misdemeanor to a criminal felony. Documentary evidence and witness testimony prove well beyond any reasonable doubt Trump is guilty of 34 felony counts. If jury does not render a guilty verdict, it will be due to jury intimidation, which was sole purpose Trump want the second defense witness to testify!

I will share with all of you. I'm an US citizen living overseas and from here everyone is shaking their heads at the US. They are asking how can the US not have better candidates than Trump and Biden. They are speechless regarding Trumps list of illegalities and asking me how the people there don't see the danger of the right wing extremism. They note that historically right wing extremism has never ended well. They are shocked and sad to see the state of the US. For the first time in my life as an international traveler I do not feel proud to say I'm from the US anymore. So sad. Unfortunately the media on both sides have well tailored motivational speakers to persuade you to, not to adopt their policies, but rather to adopt their position that the other side is almost evil and must be defeated at all cost. They don't tell you what to believe they tell you who not to believe. They advise setting an age limit of the POTUS and getting rid of the ridiculous ball caps, saying this is not a football game, even though we are treating it that way.
