There are 2 types scouts One which dosenot give anything extra and other give tickets or tokens of some kind, second type of scout are stepup scout And they show that because you can still summon on stepup scout which have exactly same rates so it's better to summon on them cause you are getting something extra

If you really want her shield at max capacity play her full def and complete with hp if you have 24% hp medal you han play her 70%+300 def 70% hp
