Isn't polyneuropathy seen most commonly in Wernickes? Books mentions korsakoff psychosis being a pentad of wernickes enceph + amnesia, confabulation.. but polyneuropathy is exclusive to the acute phase (wernickes)
In anaphylaxis, persistent/severe gastrointestinal symptoms are there, abdominal pain/ vomiting... As taught by Dr Malcolm Pinto in Derma @ 'histamine related disorder' and some sources also refer to that. But here sir marked those wrong. A bit confused here.
