I have been and still am an examiner for two exam boards, AQA and Edexcel, which are the biggest exam boards that create the public exams in the UK (for those who don't know how the UK educational system works).
What I love of this video is that it doesn't matter if you are actually studying Spanish or any other language - you will still be able to use ALL these tips for the language you are studying. Additionally, if you are learning Spanish but not for GCSE and for, let's say DELE, this video will still work wonders helping you get ready to smash your writing test and improve your writing skills.
