At 5:13 the bug of your vehicles tracking enemy aircraft really just adds to the "fun" of playing against USF air support center, and more fun when you have multiple air support centers so you have to constantly reface your vehicles, watch out for air strikes on your tanks since their pintles would reveal the ground beneath them letting the enemy call in strikes. All around fantastic experience fighting against the United States Army Air Force with peashooter AA guns.

You don't even need a vehicle that has access to a pintle to enjoy that bug. Any vehicle will turn to shoot at the planes even if they can't damage them.

I’ve noticed that too. No idea why tanks are tracking planes. I’m sure it’s because planes count as vehicles…

Like your videos on COH3. Just subscribed. Bought it myself last Friday, but haven't had time to play it yet. Hopefully, will get stuck in this bank holiday weekend (UK).

Another great comparison. Pre patch, abilities took too long to activate and it was always easy to evade. Now it think it may be an over-correction. I didn’t realize perimeter monitor lasts that long. If you had the muni you could even do it again

i think they F-up the assault flares so now instead of giving 25% accuracy it removes 25% accuracy. not only they have a lower bonus, its actualy negative...

I actually want propaganda war nerfed, now that some team weapons don't reteat, they're easy pickings for killing and stealing. Also think that a 2 second activation makes it undodgeable and means there's no counterplay at all.

It cost 3 times more than USF strafes or a bit more, than UKF artylery from BG, which force you to retreat or can at least kill team weapons... If you want to make it dodgeable, then it should cost way less... The counter play is to split your units, so in best case, enemy can retreat 1-2 units.

Yeah, I hate abilities like this. They take control away from the player with no counterplay. The way it worked in COH2 was better. They changed it for a reason back then.

It seems they want less stale-mate vp trading that often occured in coh2. These oppressive off-maps and planes have the ability to just completely clear out entire sectors and even cause mass panic retreats. It feels good and bad. When if feels bad is usually in team games when 4 loiters get layered over one another completely crushing the entire map and ending the game when tanks blitz into your base annihilating whats left of the retreating units

stuka dive bomb animation is very poor... there are barely any explosion.

COH3 really feels like it relies too heavily on high munition, incredibly oppressive abilities. The amount of times I'll killed half someone's army for 200 odd munitions is ridiculous; not to mention the amount of light vehicles I've lost to loiters - which like to lock onto units even after they've left the targeting circle. I've always felt like these abilities should always support your play, rather then completely replace it, but it seems COH3 is currently going in a different direction. Doesn't quite ruin it for me, but it certainly makes games often more painful then fun, having these abilities you can't counter and, often, barely have time to react to.

Splitting units saves your from artylery call ins. One AA unit will shoot down loiters ~15-20 sec befor their ending, it allows shermans to survive, even without movement in the circle, and with dodges, you can save half HP of it. They should fix, rare case of locking to vehicles, which was next to marked vehicle, outside circle.

@@zbigniew2628 That's what I mean. Spreading is your units in an obvious choice, but the degree you have to do it is far too extreme with a lot of abilities. I have an ultrawide monitor, yet I feel like I have to retreat all the units on screen under some abilities. And anti-aircraft is a mixed bag right now, often instant-killing aircraft or never doing enough - but I mostly play the British, who have awful anti-air, so I guess that's to be expected.

All of these are very good changes. The only problem I have is the USF Air Support Center. It's way too oppressive.

Unfortunately this update has been pretty rough from a colourblind player perspective, im red-green colourblind and the differences to the flare colours mean I'm a lot less sure of what has just been called in. The yellow and orange flares blend in with the green ones for me, so i can never be sure if i need to run away or not. I wish there was an option to recolour the flares

Unpopular opinion: I don't think the anti tank loiter should be nerfed. Allies have decent AA to counter it and the damage isn't that reliable if you move out. BUT it's just stupidly bugged. That target indicator is just wrong and the gunning down unit out of the circle is a mess.

Damn a lot of these are so OVERPRICED at 100+ Muni or even 200+ Muni…. but underperform so disappointingly. As if they’e a 80 Muni Light Mortar Barrage call-in

150 muni for fear propaganda is ok because it almost garantees a retreat, whereas with artillary the chance of missing is great

I just hate these effects (SFX and VFX). They look so passionless, so unsatisfying. I really wish relic would fix this and I would maybe switch to coh3 :( great video though tightrope!

Yes, also the angle of the artillery shells being straight 90 degree from the sky definitely looks stupid and breaks the immersion. What is this Red Alert 2?
