Your team has been given the opportunity to undertake some simulation training.
This is an exciting way to develop both clinical and non-technical skills for individuals and teams within a safe learning environment.
As facilitators we appreciate that it a potentially stressful activity to undertake for the first time so we have filmed 2 short presentations to provide an insight into what you might expect from our simulations (Part 1 - • Example of simulation ... ) and subsequent debriefs (Part 2).
The content of the videos is merely an example of a candidate undertaking a simulated scenario and is not intended to teach A-E assessment. We hope this material is helpful and we genuinely look forward to supporting your simulations.
