Nah the artillery should stay the same. Most US powers can be shot down so it's only fair that artillery sometimes gets bad randomness.

Artillery damage consistency has nothing to do with random nature of shells. There's a bug where shells could kill other ones that haven't exploded yet. It has been fixed in 104p

This game just shows excal's deep knowledge of the game, he starts ruthlessly attacking as soon as he notices vivid had overspent on nukes and then shots down his production with his general powers because he knows he is in an economical disadvantage Respect to him as the goat and gg well played to both What a great decider match!

the way to fix artillery is to show the impacts before you click. it can still be random, you just gotta be able to see it and take it into account before you chose where to fire...
