Hey Eric, Great idea on focusing just one Hotel & Casino for your videos. You have lots to choose from. Could be a whole series on the most popular hotels. Bellagio, The Linq, Venetian, Harrahs, Paris, MGM, Horseshoe, Resorts World. We stay at the Linq. Its just a great location where lots of people hang out.

Taco Fresco is my go to when I stayed there. Stayed here twice. Most of the nights were free that is why I stayed in the Excalibur. Lol.

Our last trip, we went to King Arthur's Tournament. It's a great show. Amazing to watch the horses run past. The food was good too. Worth going at least once.
