Thanks for this video Innozant. One ask please, Instead of calculated field if I simply want to add a field for commentary so that I can ask for comment from my stakeholders. If I simply write this on column next to pivot table so in case anytime when filter pivot, it does not include this manual added comment column as result not able to see corresponding comments.

hi. thank you for this. do you know if we can use filter function in calculated fields. like for example, field 1 is Nett Sales (KG): Gross Sales minus Market Return (reason: damage, expired, quality) but in field 2, i want to have new column of Market Return with only a specific reason: damage. Eg: Gross sales = 2000 Market Return: Damage = 20, Expired = 10, Quality = 5 Nett sales (Field 1) = 2000 - 20 - 10 - 5 = 1965 Field 2; MR only taking "damage" for a report purpose = 20. How to create this Field 2? Do you get what i mean? 😅

Sir I have a doubt: At 10:16 seconds the Grand Total of % of Rebate should be the total of the same column but it looks like it is taking the 10% of sum of Sale and showing that as the total of % of Rebate. It should have been $622 but the total there is $1,412 do you know how to fix this?

I tried using If Function in calculated field. There are 12 records. 6 with value D and 6 with value C in master table. I created If Function depending on value C or D. It is taking 10 rows for calculation instead of 6. Strange. I can understand if it takes all or none. But 10 out of 12 having different values giving same answer is something I don't understand
