Flew myself with MH from DOH-KUL in their A330-300 a few weeks back. I have to say the service from MH was beyond my expectation despite the outdated cabin interior. Foods was good and the amenities were great. I believe yours is still the old amenity kit.
It is good that MH is slowly crawled their way back to the top of the Asian carrier. Last flew with them in business class in 2015. Will fly with them again if the price is competitive with Singapore Air

Well and fair review Azraai. I won't be far off in my expectation of MAS MH. That laksa drove me to ignite my car key to head for Ah Cheng laksa at a nearby shopping mall. Great video and great flight.

You are a most charming presenter. I shall subscribe. I think you need to trim the length a bit. It shouldn't really take so long before we see the lounge. Aim for a 15 minute video and if it overruns by a few minutes, it's fine. Looking forward to your next offering.

how early can we check in as a business class passenger to enjoy those business class lounge?? I plan to stay there at least 2 hours before boarding (if possible) , thanks
Honestly with now the price they charge for business class and what you reviewed I would definitely fly TG or SQ (of course) instead… they are far ahead MH in terms of the whole experience including the ground services
Bad luck, they don't use this A350 on Syd-Kul flight. Always A330!!! Similar seat but a bit older. Wish they can replace Syd-Kul flight with the latest A350 plane.
“Boarding experience” I heard the announcement for Enrich Sapphire, etc and this has always been the case from my experiences followed by the Zones or Seat # for Economy. First/Business Class has a different lane altogether to the aircraft right. Did you miss or misunderstood the announcements. Having said the above, I do agree that the control at the boarding gate was not so effective. Reasons could be the announcement was not clear and perhaps announcements be in 3 languages, one be in Japanese. Definitely needs improvement.
The problem wasn't due to MH's improper boarding lane designation nor my boarding announcement misunderstanding. Simply people going into the plane converged with people coming in from security check in one tiny space hence causing the congestion and confusion. Poor KLIA's gate design I suppose.
The premium bus seat looks like the seat available in the Transnasional Bus 😂 but all more the reason it is premium coz it looked comfy and you were the only one inside it.
Any idea how many J seats have deflation/failure issues? I hear it happened on almost every flight. Was the toilet fixed by adding take like it is in 9M-MAD?. How about the IFE/WiFi - did it have issues or fail for whole flight like it often does from/to LHR? The J product has some good seats but many are cramped, lack storage and are sub par
English is my native language and I know people speak English also in Malaysia, but what would be a polite greeting to people as I walk up to a bar or cafe or please.
Not so pleasant Malaysian business class in my opinion, from the start to boarding full of inconviences. I would not pay for Malaysian Business Class with such a bad service. Thank you for sharing the video 🙏👍
“Very bad service” Never in MAS history is very bad! Maybe ‘not so good’ is appropriate. Well you sounded like a demanding person. Can always skip this airline if it doesn’t suit you.
@DodoJames-cm4io 0 seconds ago we flow with them once they were late taking off so we missed our connection flight we spent 12 hours of hell at their airport sending us from one counter to another. in our return we found out at the airport our flights were cancelled all together after 16 hours they gave us flights they refused us meals or hotel worse airline ever
