الشاحنات على الحافة خطير جدا و كذالك التراب وحده لا يكفي لزم الحجارة بتناوب مع التراب و في الاخير في أي سنة كانت هذه الاعمال و شكرا

Very dangerous and unnecessarily so. The trucks ought to dump well back from the edge. The dozer ought to push the material down toward the water, and it should be compacted in short layers. This is a truck turnover waiting to happen.

At this point I think they are using the trucks as compactors. They should have filled this canal with boulders up above the water line, then bring in red clay of Cambodia has and used a sheeps foot roller after the dozer knocks the whole layer down between truck loads. To be honest they should have diverted the water and cut a key way at the bottom, but being where they are this is probably the best they can do. I don't think that dozer has seen grease since it was new.
