Really nice, Toll Brothers is the only decent builder, rest are not so great and get a lot of complaints. Lake Las Vegas is kind of a strange area if you ask me.

You’re absolutely correct Jimmy, there are things in the model homes at Toll Brothers that sometimes aren’t available. General message is to not expect a model home finish while paying a base price😁🙌
@@dannydhas No. It’s not expecting the model for base price. It’s asking the Mesa ridge office while you are making an offer for the models features, AND YOU WILL PAY, and they say sorry those aren’t upgrades we offer. Even though it’s in THEIR model homes for display. Insanity
@@jimmymcgill5572 I hear you, they now have small disclaimer’s at the front of the homes with options/upgrades that aren’t available yet still shown in the model. I agree it’s deceptive🙌
