My dreams have often awoken me to things I don’t take note of in life so I work on realising and clean up what’s not working. And yes, with my conscious waking state. I rarely dream, so I take note. Yet, I know many have useless kind of dreams which might be more nonesense.

Tibetan Buddhism begs to differ. The point of for example lucid dreaming is to realise the nature of reality as an illusion through first hand experience. Not to mention that dream yoga prepares you for bardot (state between end of this incarnation and the next). Shadow work can also be accomplished through observing dream signs and lucid dream practice

Well then tibetan buddhism's taken on dreaming is not only stupid, but dangerous. In my experience and research, and science is beginning to back this up, dreaming is a defragmentation process. If anything, it allows you to de-condition themselves, and actually attempts to help you do so (but one needs body work and self awareness for it to work). Therefor, when you lucid dream, you are messing with the 'defrag' process. As far as I'm aware, we're not even supposed to be witnessing our dreams. It's sort of a replica of our own awareness. We experience dreams because we're aware of them. As far as I can tell, we're supposed to sleep, then just wake up -- almost a long practice for the final death. Lucid dreaming as a means of seeing the "nature of reality" is almost joke-like because one does actually wake up, and realize the very vast difference between the dreamstate and one of awakeness.

R.B. Yeah okayyyy buddy 😂 puh-please!! do you see YOUR hypocrisy? You’re saying your experience, “discovery” understanding supersedes others & that they should shut up & accept yours? Some screwy logic there.. yes for YOU maybe so-it is BEST if you don’t “witness “ your “so-called lucid dreams” in-fact it is detrimental if YOU “wake up” in the middle of it, just sleep & wake up because that’s also what the Borg drone is.. the computer also shuts down to reset, and messes up if It’s interrupts it & turns PC in the middle of if to do something else, the Borg drone machine the goes into the pod, shut off its half-dead “consciousness” to the Collective, wakes up recharged.. i.e. reprogrammed reset. Duh 🙄 Well some of us ISN’T mindless drones or bots, accepting of the system given us.. so stop projecting. Let me guess you’re a projector or manifestor? always pushing.. typical.. I had 2 exes who were projectors & they ALWAYS insisted their way & thinking is the Highway right 🙄

@@Niamh2012 Yes I did. What do you mean "I'm correcting him from his statement"? Are you the one who made the "Tibetan Buddhism begs to differ" comment?

i used to day dream a lot and have vivid dreams and wonder... if daydreams can hurt you? Most times when I wasnt happy in life, I would daydream a whole different life, sometimes which started from a dream at night.

A common coping mechanism used by complex trauma survivors is called escape to fantasy, which is a dissociative way of coping with unresolved pain. You may have wondered if it could hurt you because in disconnecting from pain we also disconnect from ourselves, and this is often in order to feel safe... But it's just like any other escape based addiction. What soothes the pain in the moment ends up creating more pain in the long run... If you got on the spectrum of addiction to escape then another part of you can kick in that knows what you're doing is unhealthy but you keep doing it anyway. I'm not saying that's true for you, just that it's a place a question like that can come from. No different than escaping in tv and wondering if it's harmful or how much is too much... If any of this does resonate though, I'm happy to be of support... All the best.

The misnomer of his perception lies in his presupposition that the conscious waking state is real life and the dream state just a dream, when they are equally states of dreaming. Vibrational attraction in the waking state is inactive in the dream state. You aren't creating on a frequency that attracts anything in this reality while you're asleep. They are different frequencies altogether. It's fine to wake up into the body program and create a deconditioning morning ritual, but over the top to say sleeping alone is a necessity and with another is unhealthy. That's completely subjective. In my personal experience, I have been far more affected by waking state conditioning influences than by co-sleeping... Sleeping touching a partners body has a very positive affect on my nervous system and allows me to better manage solar plexus conditioning influences so I have better emotional regulation. None of this is hard, fast and true. This part of HD is no different. It's all an experiment... Personally, I've spent most of my adult and childhood sleeping alone. When I finally find someone again, I want him to be into HD, but if I have to sleep alone, forget about it.
