Ma'am I'm 19 years old. I don't know what's the reason that I always feel sleepy after even having a proper sleep. If I wanna avoid it and want to be active ,Then I feel heaviness over my head and it feels like I can't move more and Forcefully I have to go to bed. It's happening to me around 1month. Really, ma'am it creates many difficulties in my life . Ma'am I can't express what I feel these days like I'm going to be depressed or don't know that I am in depression or anything else. 6 महीने पहले में लायवरी में पढ़ाई कर रहा था अचानक से मेरे सर में सुन हो गई फिर मेने dr को दिखा उन्होंने बोला की काम सोने से माइग्रेन हो गया h फिर धीरे धीरे मुझे नींद काम आने लगी क्युकी में पिछले कुछ समय से 4या5 घंटा ही सो रहा था फिर मने dr ko दिखाया उन्होंने मुझे दवाई दे दिया और कुछ riport जैसे st स्कैन और ब्लड riport or bhi kuch riport btayi mne sab kera li mame दवाई लेना से मुझे कुछ फर्क nhi lga to mne dr बदला उसे भी मुझे कुछ फर्क nhi हुआ अब तक में 10 dr बदल चुका हु पर मेरी problm shi nhi ho rhi mame abhi mere shath esha ho rha h ki muje 14 ,14 घंटा नींद आती हे सुबह उठा फिर 1,2 घंटा बाद फिर नींद आने लगना और शरीर में bhot ज्यादा कमजोरी लगना आखों में भारीपन सा लगना कुछ भी करने का mn n kerna ji मिचलाना शरीर में घबराहट प्लीज mame help me पिछले 6 महीने से में bhot preshan hu

दीन में नींद आती हैं ज्यादा, मुझे योगा या कसरत करते समय नींद आती है, में गवर्मेंट एकजाम की तैयारी करने बैठता हूं तो नींद आ जाती है।

I'm 17 and a medical student it's not regular that i sleep more than 12h but in a week about 3days i do sleep more than 9or12h but it's effecting my study too much Prescription i did but no effect my parents said its ok some people have when you sleep 5 days 5h/4h than you just complete your sleep next days I'm in great tension plz help me

I'm 24 Nd I sleep for almost 16 hrs a day..Nd do nothing..like I done work neither I do exercise..is it because of my depression??
