would love to see this model catch on in the u.s. also, would be great to see more content regarding jane/other employees. there's so many gross, exploitative depictions of users on youtube (much of it posing as "compassionate," or "giving a voice to marginalized communities," etc), its refreshing to find representations of people not defined by their 'trauma,' or whatever the current narrative is...

We'd love to see it catch on everywhere! ;-)... the reason we haven't done anything like this before is because we don't define ourselves by our drug use either, and it could be othering for our colleagues to be put in front of a camera and being asked personal questions... but we might do something that more broadly promotes a more humane social contract and employment practices that promote diversity and inclusion of people who use drugs.. watch this space.
