Its really well mixed, but im not sure if its live - he is only doing something at the EQs and there is also only one Player running, the right one has a black screen, what do you think?
Ive been listening to this set since 2011 and i cant get enough the amount of dif styles of dubstep, drumstep and just bass music is incredible i wish dubstep never changed :( RIP gold ol days. Non of these songs that have like 10 drops before the actual drop, it was just good ol fashion sampling and nuclear brain melting bass
bro have you not been to bass canyon? or thunderdome in Tacoma Washington during his production is insane. let me get me started with a lots of bass man
2 times went to his concerts. I remember the first time I heard his 150k PK sound. The second floor was shaking in the bathroom, couldn't piss straight, the toilet was head banging.
Bro I was just thinking that. The crowd itself all looks insanely different , you don’t see the rail rats, and mosh zombies like you do nowadays Jesus Christ these were the golden days tbh
12 hours a day everyday is what he did. Hes the hardest working dude in the scene. When no one would sign him he made his own label. And you see he still works hard running a festival and working with his visuals.
Hes the king of unexpected drops. Thats one thing i noticed. He knows what to do to bring hype in when you dont expect it. Its like normal sized girl grinding you then out of no where this bbw smacks you in the face with her ass twerking full speed.

That drop at 4:55 (Gangster Paradise Candyland OG remix) literally shakes the camera so hard!!! hahaha I'll always remember that drop from his tour last year! Even Excision looks back and smiles XD That's when you know that shit hit hard!
pretty dope mix...I don't mind that a lotta big time DJS have pre mixed sets, but this is clearly one long pre mixed track, while he ads in different subtle effects and sounds....but todays typical "DJs" just try to look busy on the decks, you can even see him backspin the decks etc. at times when it has absolutely zero effects on the music be played. It is pretty typical for todays big time DJs though, after all they are really music producers who now get recognition as recording artists and become stars who perform as DJs. The whole idea of a live DJ mixing really was in rave and club settings where DJs could read the crowd and play to them as the show went on....This isn't really something that can be done with giant festival crowds, so clearly it makes sense for top top superstar "DJs" to have pre mixed material so their set sounds the best it can, and otherwise they tweak levels etc. for the sole purpose of looking busy on stage for their "performance"
