the most pathetic internet provider... after waiting for 20 minutes their call center employees will come on call and are so rude and uncooperative that u will pull your hair while explaining them the problem. They will not even register your complaint. My internet wasn't working for 8 days despite lodging a complaint on day 1 when i called them to know my complaint status on 9th day some employee name Aditi said we cant process your complaint until I am physically present in front of modem (I was out of station ) so I asked my house keeper to be there after doing whatever she instructed then she wanted to varify what is written under the blinking red light I told her multiple times that my servant is illiterate but her only response was I can't do anything, will not send technician until you read that. It was sooo frustrating that I called again waited for another 20 minutes for the next employee to answer and cancelled my connection.
The same thing happened to me once I was out of station and my Internet was not working for 4 to 5 days. One guy from there customer care called me and asked me about the problem. I told them that my Internet not working, and I am out of station, When he got to know that I was out of station, he immediately told me that your issue has been resolved by our team. Your connection is okay now, go home and check it out. When I returned home,. I found out there is no resolution, and my connection is still disconnected.
