It was a 300wsm.

The tikka T3 has the same length action for the short cartridges as well as the Magnum cartridges. That's why I would have it chambered in 300 Win Mag. A world-class cartridge where you can find ammo almost anywhere. I also shoot left-handed. I also believe the Win Mag would feed smoother. The 300 Win Mag will handle heavy bullets 200 gr.Swift A-Frame, 220 gr. Nosler Partition, 220 gr. Woodleigh Round Nose in heavy brush.

@@realmetis8002 it’s a good caliber but ammo is really hard to find and it doesn’t do anything that other easier to find calibres can do. But nothing wrong with it

As opposed to paying other people to do the killing for ya. Or the breeding, confining, castrating and killing I should say. Much worse to have an animal live free and endure 15 seconds of pain eh? I hope you don’t eat pork because when piglets get castrated they let out an ear piercing scream like you’d never see on a hunting show.
