New Dollar Tree shop with me and haul! Exciting, new, fun finds for Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts, stocking stuffers, our homes and our families. Famous, name brands and restocked favorites!
Wow, I'm so impressed with the new Make it Blocks! Especially the stores and train! I went to Dollar Tree today and got some of the off brand Barbie clothes. Oh, love that Crayola glitter chalk. Same, I haven't seen a Moana themed coloring book in a while too. Those band aid tin sell so fast at my DTs! Great haul in the end - especially the socks and hats. I picked up the same Monsters and Trucks coloring book. The dinosaur feet stickers are really fun. So are the memory flash games. Oh wow, the llama grooming kit is so cute. Thanks so sharing, Trish!
The make it blocks look great. So many options to choose from with those Lego sets. The straight jacket barbie outfit😆 it's definitely an interesting outfit. I love the color by number space book. That retro glue looked really cool. I also love those first aid kit tins as well as the thermal socks. Great walk through of the dollar tree, Trish. 💲🌲
So glad you showed the off brand Barbie clothes. Noticed the one outfit had flat shoes. Something so hard to come by for the flat feet Barbies. Had to send my flat feet Barbie boxes without extra shoes. Just couldn’t find any. TFS.
Isn’t that the craziest thing? That no one seems to offer flat Barbie shoes for purchase, not even Mattel!! Same problem with full figure Barbie clothes. 🤷🏻♀️
I've picked up a lot of the hot wheels cars and toothpaste, toothbrush sets and make it block sets along with the assorted color 72 piece blocks for operation Christmas child. Back during the summer there was original barbie clothes, accessory sets and pets, coloring books and toothpaste toothbrush I got for girls. Also picked up the Crayola toothbrush and cup sets as well as various great Crayola products when they put out back to school items
Fabulous! Yes, I found the original Barbie clothing sets, as well. What a deal! Dollar Tree can certainly be a great spot to pick up fill-in items and many basics for our OCC shoeboxes. I noticed you mentioned toothpaste in your comment. Just thought I would mention in case you are unaware, although we used to be able to send toothpaste in our shoeboxes, it is no longer allowed. I think it’s a customs thing. Thanks for watching, Donna, and letting me know all the cool stuff you’ve been finding. Happy OCC packing.
@@byrdfeed9071 I just watched a haul in NY and they got in Jurassic Park hot wheels and Barbie clothes as well as Elmer slime with add ins. My local DT in SC has nice mugs in a box that can be whapped with cute sayings that change when you add hot beverages. Happy hunting
I love the train engine! Very cool! I love the new iron on patches also. I picked up a bunch of those. The knitting rings are not big enough for hats but it would be fun to send a smaller one with some yarn for an older girl. Very nice nail assortment. I like that it has some of the bigger nails. I’ve never seen those socks either. Very nice selections! Great haul Trish! Thanks for sharing! I’ll be on the lookout for a few new items!
So, what can be made with that bigger knitting ring? And what about the smaller one? If one was sent with yarn in a shoebox, would a child know how to use it? I wonder if there are illustrated instructions for them online? When you showed us the beautiful hats you made with your knitting ring, it made me want to buy one and learn how to do it 😄
Oh gosh, several, but not Warson Woods. These came from the ones I go to most often, Lemay Ferry, Chippewa/Shrewsbury, Kirkwood, and Gravois Rd. Oh, I think I also found a few things at the one in Manchester. I don’t normally go there, but I was in the area on Saturday after my grandson’s soccer game. I’ll bet some of these things show up in your stores next week.
@@byrdfeed9071 I only go to WW once in a while, but usually have pretty good luck there. Today, not so much. They didn’t have a good variety of coloring books. They didn’t have the bandaid/care kits in the nice boxes. And, of course, no Jergens soap lol. But they did have the cute nail care sets. I bought the Ione with Llama Emory boards too 🦙 and I found some name brand Barbie clothes. And, oh, I found one more penny journal - the doodle diary size. I splurged on a couple other tried and true items, but should have saved my $$ and made a trip to either Chesterfield Valley or Creve Coeur(my two favorites) to search for a couple of these new things you showed us.
A little while back, yes, but not currently. I picked up quite a few boxes of the 36 count earlier this year and shortly after that the 50 count boxes. Does your store have them in again?
