Exciting news about our Tiny House Community 

Thank you for being a developer/builder who doesn't require a buy in fee/key money to live there. You are offering a reasonable rental fee, great location, great builds - something that people are so in need of.

Congrats to Resident #1! The community building is exactly the news I was hoping to hear for the Mountain Haven Community. Having a shared space for hosting community events makes so much sense. Another concept I would love to see incorporated into the building is storage for a shared library of community equipment like tools (for yard work, bicycle/automotive maintenance, and home improvement/repairs), community donated bicycles and maybe even a community van for carpooling into town or to out-of-town events (like the eclipse that is happening today). It would require a certain level of friendly cooperation among all members of the community, but if successful it has the potential to empower the community to live even more sustainably.

Sounds wonderful, I wish that I had enough location-independent income to move there now.
