I’m using a “spice missile” by GSI, which has six tiny compartments with space for only a very tiny amount of spice in each compartment. It’s a misconception that I was able to put very much salt on the salad. The polk greens are delicious and if you love spinach, then it’s right down your alley! Of course you can dress them up with all sorts of things depending on how complex you want the preparation to be. Butter and garlic would be excellent, as would bacon, pork, things like that!
