Sika 3mp3 dede ampa. This man is building this edifice so he can enjoy life with family and friends. He use the word y3 b3y3 ( We will do ) and not mey3 ( i will do). I tap into his blessings. God bless him

Excellent, I'm sure this visionary guy in an eminent lawyer or a medical professor in the US,your average diasporan may struggle to undertake this kind of project. Wish him well.
Aint it amazing that all you think of while watching this is for God to give him long life to enjoy all of this. I know how hard it is to live life in the USA like a volunteer slave, please hurry up and finish it and enjoy it. Amen
Wowwwwww! And just wowwww! One thing I kept thinking about throughout watching is the absence of accessibility to the upper chambers with a wheelchair🤔. A great job done and a big inspiration to us the youth of our motherland 🇬🇭. God bless this man and everyone who is inspired by his dream🙏🏽🫶🏾
The way the man said $4M and not even bothered to talk about it again means he’s really rich and very humble. You’ll meet and feel he’s no body, Ahwenepa nkasa ampa
This house is magnificent, you're doing an awesome job, sir. I'm an interior designer and I'll be more than honored to help bring life into this beautiful space.
Thanks for sharing this with us. You failed to ask the very basic but important questions, such as, what did he or does he do to make the dream a reality. This would have help someone like me to learn a lot
My first observation is the nature of the land, it looks water-logged, so some solid engineering (excavation and refilling to lift the earth up before construction to prevent any future floods). Secondly is the height of the ground from the road - future floods soon. Another observation is that he did not make mention of installing a lift in the building (I am thinking old age). I think that is all, and most important aspect of construction that one needs to pay attention to.
Eiii Charley ! America Borgers Y3n wo sika oooooo ! I am building same thing in Kumasi ! But yours is out of mind . Wawwwww ! You are blessed brother . I am keeping my in shape . I might steal your fence wall design little bit lol !
Congratulations on such a magnificent building. Though it is not finished yet, the vision, scale and magnificence is not lost on any careful observer. Will love to see it again when it’s finished.
Ask him how long he has been planning this and I bet he will tell you a lifetime story. This is a symbol representing a life of working hard and deserving of a magnificent place as this! Well done. You deserve it! Gods speed!
Wow Osabarima Kwasi Adade. Your childhood dream has come to fruition. Kwasi you have made us proud with this magnificent edifice. I remember we talked about this and you sent me a picture of how the building will look. In 13 months you have done a lot and do remember to reserve my guest room as we discussed. Ayikooh and God richly bless all your efforts.
We have all these people in Ghana, and the politicians can not use them to develop the country very creative. This man can be in charge of one district one factory. Long life for this man.
Changed What? You aren't serous. This is just building and wasting money.. The staircase is just a waste of space and it look ugly. I know is hard to see it
@@kwabenatree Atear …u calling it a waste of space ?? You thinks he needs the space for something?? Think the space has been utilized by the stair case? Or Kindly just be positive allow
My dream is to have a range when i started growing up cox i don’t want noise but my father has shown me my dream also can come true in jesus name .God bless you Dady
Those of us born or raised in the diaspora have no interest in such grand houses in Ghana. Maintenance alone will be a headache. His children may possibly divide up the rooms and use it as a hotel.
My observation is your outside wall and it’s deco is too close to the main road in case of future expansion of the road by government. I would have loved to see the entrance about 25 meters away from the main road.
@@Dazat-i8i Have you consulted the Highway Code of Ghana and how far you have to build from a major road before making your comment? And what has the average size of a road got to do with this? Rules on how far away you have to build from a high way is there to account for future expansion and safety for pedestrians and roadside dwellers. Educate yourself before making some comments.
You are marvelous and an inspiration. I just subscribed to your channel to see the progress of your projects. Just wow!! I have a vision to build only 1/20th of this building far from the urban areas of Ghana.
Daddy the room that you mentioned that you don’t know what to do with, you have build a very nice home theatre where you will have a projector mounted, with Bose speakers, nice lighting system and some nice massaging recliner. That will be dope
very interesting and educative interview. You did very well in asking all the important questions and I can just imagine how impressed you were yourself. Would there be possible to do a second interview and is he doing business in Ghana or is he doing business in the USA
Next time ask more questions brother he's there to answer every question he is so humble... we didn't even know if he has children or not...the type of work he does and many more
