The release was a mess. On Thursday, the workers who works at other booths came in and started to lane up before the door was open which left us no chance to cop. And on Friday, they finally didn't sell to any workers who show up early, however, they shut down the entire booths and can't come up with a solution for people that are trying to buy a pair. So some of the SDCC workers start to "fake" people by leading them in lanes and started to walk in circle for no reason. And they didn't give out tickets until 1-1:30 pm( the booth was suppose opens at 9:30 am). And there were only 100 pairs totally for all 5. what a great job they have done, wasting our time and money.

I was so lucky to score a pair of silver surfer in a drawing, but it’s a bummer how fast they sold out online once they went live. Almost instantaneously.

Hi, so I was actually one of the few people that was able to obtain the shoes (I got the spiderman/venom pack but not my size) and agreed with someone else's comment that the release was an entire mess. Apparently, lining up early or even camping the night out to try to get these shoes was not worth the difficulty of these shoes since some scammy people lined up earlier before the doors even opened and obtained the shoes on both days, mostly by switching out their exhibitor badges with general attendees. The way PSA handled the lines was atrocious that even the con's security had to be involved. Lines being formed multiple times just for it to be dismantled every 15-20 mins, basically wasting hours of con time. Lucky for me and my buddy, we were able to get a pair due to just hopping in a random line and some PSA guy finally giving out tickets around 12:30 on Friday. Despite not getting my size, shoes were sick and my comic was encapsulated with one of the rarer variants.
