EXCLUSIVE | FREE SERVICES IN PETROL PUMPS IGNORED BY COMPANY?

Even if the free-Air machine is working fine, they will just lie, saying it's broken. They just don't wanna do the extra work and electricity. They know how to fool people 🤦‍♂️

Thank you Adona and Hornbill TV for the coverage. Everyone knows that petrol pumps are lying on camera. I came to dimapur in May of 2023 and settled here, I Stop at every petrol pump starting near Patkai bridge till Purana Bazaar. None of the machine worked. I checked every pump on that stretch whenever I Stop to pump petrol. It hasn't worked till date. The last pump, though the machine turned on, it won't pump the air. But the pumps in Kohima have working machines.

Please do a report of blue dart not delivering products neither informing and sending it back.

I never knew it untill I saw this vdo. Most of the petrol station, Bathroom without running water, moreover I never seen free drinking water too.

Not only in Chummu but almost all the petrol pump stations in Dimapur also … they always say Biya ase 😂

Get hold of srikant he is running more than 17 pumps in NL

Atleast Dimapur people get to use washroom, out here in kohima there is no washroom at all .

If the fuel pump goes bad..they will repair it within mins because of the loss they will face by not selling the fuel...but the free services in which they dont earn a buck they will leave it to rot for years...

Here in kohima, almost all petrol pump air refill machine is out of order. They charge money to refill even if the machine is ok sometimes.

In kohima they provide wash room and water but they never provided air i tried in every petrol pump

Sometimes even gas (fuel) are not available in some station and how we can expect those free stuff in nagaland

All the petrol pum are saying lie. Coz they don want to provide free air to the counsemer. And the owner don want to keep extra employees for tht.

In Nagaland even media coverage don't change them. The adhar correction is back to Rs. 200.

We should demand what we have right for public but in Mon district I have not yet seen any free such facilities Thanx Hornbll TV.......

As per the SOP of Oil and Gas regulatory, agency of Gas station should have free tyre pressure pump, amenities like toilets, drinking water, and motor lubricants ATM etc

In Assam we get free air And in Guwahati we even get free car wash

Even in Kohima this free air service is not working, of course they use to install free air but not working government did not concern for all this but for the traveller's they find a lot of hardship. The public want the Hornbill tv to come to Kohima and make publicize about this free air service.

Yes thats what I noticed too very much.. 90 % of petrol pump are keeping it just for show. Thank you Adona for bringing up this matter.

Some petrol pump should be 24X7 ,imagine if someone need fuel at night for emergency(hospital) and the loss of life because of pump closure😢

Yes dear Nagas let us always stop and check every petrol pump we pass by 😂😂 But here in Kohima will focus more on drinking water as we know the scarcity

Yes it's true they don't fallow the rules , I have met the same incident one night my tire was flatten half I came to know that while filling petrol so I ask them n they said the machine is not working it's near towards nagaland gate from dimapur..

I never knew they give free air. I really had a hard time locating puncture shops in dimapur.. Now i don't have to worry😊

I have experienced this issue one fine night. I had to travel to 6-7 petrol station with my punctured rear tyre just to find none. It seems that since its a free service the owner/company does not pay or look after it like it is suppose to be.

Actually the sale men have to do extra effort for filling the air as free service. So they don't care being free service.. they should provide the service as per company norms..

Oh like tis i never knew it tanx hornbill tv to let us know kk means petrol pump were fooling the public n earning a lot we all naga public should raise voice n should check n take all this facilities.lol some non locals could not speak nagamese also see that means many new new non locals r coming freely n earning our money.

Please check drinking water and toilet for gents and ladies whether it's clean or not, usable or not.

Better shut them down until it repaired.

Just on Saturday evening while on my way to stadium to chill, on the way tire got punctured, plan pura flop.. No petrol pump had air leura!

They are all lying. None of the air machine in Dimapur works since 5-6 years. Just one works sometimes which is Indian Oil located in Padumpukhri- Aramile

Have enquired miltiple times at Indian Oil at.Fellowship colony, dmp..always say it's broken..they probably keep it damaged as a person will have to be engaged to give the free sercice

I've been using my air compressors (a lot smaller 20ltr ) for 3 years now and it's doing very well... But one year old petrol pumps don't have working air compressors.... Incredible.

Free Air, Drinking water, refreshment, Washroom, restroom all these facilities are mandatory and the amount is detucted from our bill

Please check even in Kohima

Come to the new 4 lane road (Patkai) when you'll find more than 8 petrol ⛽ I visited 3 of them but machines are there not does not work.

The Air pumps are Just decoration... Go and check all the newly opened petrol pumps along the new four lane road.. there are around 7 New petrol pumps, none of the Air pumps works

Not only Chumukedima even Dimapur fuel pumbs have the same condition non of their Air machine is functioning. They don't even repair. Authority should check these customer rights. Pumbs are earning profit only

If you go and ask every petrol pump and check then its very good.

In Nagaland all the private company nevr provide any free services...So, the Gov should seal all of them.
