Well done! We appreciate you allowing us a tour of your lovely boat, Tim. I'd be super jealous but instead, I'll be happy for your good fortune. Many happy memories to you and your family. ♥
Love it - especially the enclosed flybridge. It’s more practical as you get further north and allows that great country kitchen. This is a really lovely boat!
Beautiful as always with Fleming. A little strange not having a day head on the main level. But with six bathrooms who can complain, especially with a day head in the enclosed bridge. Just gorgeous!
I sail an old Beneteau 501 and am getting on in years. I would like to move to a motor yacht, and Fleming would be my first choice. Just as soon as I win the lottery.
Wireless mics can be funny like that sometimes but compared to almost every other yacht in that size category we found the entire interior to be exceptionally quiet.
@@robertfrost1683 the 78 is 82 feet long. and the pull open door of the 78 is better than hidden in a box door of the 85, making the engine room / crew quarters a dirty secret with the hidden in a box door.
The enclosed bridge gives you extra space ~ but looks UGLY ! FREJA is so much prettier ! Plus an open flybridge gives you wind in your hair navigating.
I like the enclosed fly bridge. I'm from Seattle, so I would prefer the enclosure to make sure I'm warm or cool, and dry, year round. Sailing up the inside passage in a downpour with 30 knot winds, without being inside sounds unappealing lol. Enclosed with temps controlled, means your good to go.
Living in Darwin Australia I just removed the flybridge from my boat as you get stupidly wet during the monsoon, best thing I’ve ever done. This also allowed me to put an air conditioner on the roof.
