Carlo is my confirmation Saint. He miraculously changed my life. I was struggling in school and I started to pray to him, and my grades went up and I constantly felt at peace when I prayed to him and I pray to him to help me get over my anxiety and that year I went on a mission trip for a week and didn’t have any anxiety being away from home when before I could hardly stand being away from home for a day or two. Please be careful with words. I was taught from early childhood in the Catholic Church that you don’t pray to the Saints. You ask them to intercede for you and your family…. God the Father, Jesus his son and the Holy Spirit are the only persons you pray to. You ask the saints and angels to intercede. Thank you.
Thank you for your reply. I too have anxiety and has gotten much worse after I was in a severe car accident. I needed to move back home since I could not live alone with the injuries I sustained. I will begin to pray to Carlo to help with my anxiety as well.

Inspiring interview of a beautiful parent! Henceforth I shall pray to St. Carlo to help my grandchildren heed advice to minimize use of cellphone, and learn to use it properly that they be protected from all evil that comes with improper and too much use of device. I pray too that they reach that level of faith, like that of Carlo, to believe that the Lord Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist.

Her "Fiat" to God and accompanying her son on his journey to sainthood, not trying to override or interfere in his journey is a testament to her faith even though she said her son saved her...she had enough faith to recognize God's presence in her son's life and to trust Him. Parents sometimes think they have to be in control of their child's early life and formation and forget to truly allow God to direct and influence the children. Such love in her voice, face and message to others--what a reminder that we are all saints in the making and to realize that we are all equally important to God.... thank you for this interview... This interview is so inspiring. A mother sharing to the world her son. This reminds me of how Mother Mary shares the many moments with her Child Jesus in the Joyful Mysteries, the annunciation, the visitation of telling the close family of the pregnancy, the birth, the presentation, the finding of our Lord in the temple. Blessed Carlo dedicated his short life to the Blessed Sacrament, the 5th Joyful mystery. Like Mother Mary asking her Son to help the young couple, the Wedding at Cana, Carlo's mother also asks Carlo to pray for families living in this troubled world. I would like to share; the day I saw the Mass for Carlo Acutis to be on the altar, i think on 2020, I asked Him to help me with my husband, (military, retired, and Canadian not Christian) so he may know, Love and follow Jesus, that was my prayer to Carlo, i believe he listened, because I started invite my husband to como to Adoration with me, which is once a month, and my husband started coming to Adoration, sometimes to Mass. please I ask to Carlo Mom to talk to Carlo to intercede for my husband my same above petition but now to intercede for healing of his Aorta vein, he has anourysm= anorisma, please talk to your son for my husband’s love for Jesus.
