He’s literally more of a Psychiatrist than a coach honestly. He just knows humans and what makes them tick so well. It’s so simple. A happy player is a player who plays well and how could you not be happy with him around. UP THE WAHS

You can see how the panthers was so successful when you listen to how Ivan and webby go about their business. Their way of coaching the players the way they sum up the situations then how they talk to the players it's very leveled and understanding. Now webbies success at the warriors just proves that those 2 men and the way the approach each situation is mastering the art of elite coaching. I would love to see the GF final being Warriors vs Panthers these 2 clubs have something special between them from sharing coachs to swapping players and some idolising each other growing up. Nathan being warriors ball boy and growing up around that club from such a young age to Ican playing and coaching the club to webby being assistant coach at panthers helping with the success of back to back GFs and dallin Watene-Zelzniak and curt capewell both started their careers out in the panthers system with dallins brother still having alot to do with Penrith. Would make for the perfect grand final story if warriors ended up winning. The coach vs the assistant, the idol vs the ball boy. The old coach vs the new coach. 2 clubs intertwined from the history of the players and coach's.
