Pakistan is not the only regional state that has links with the Taliban (You indians friends are approaching them as well what you have to say about that?) Taliban has their legitimate representative office in Qatar, I don't see any Afghan ever opposing that so why Pakistan only to blame? Genuinely speaking right now the prime interest we have is our national security interests and your ruling Northern Alliance-led political arrangement are very incompetent and greedy elements controlling Kabul which has no connection to common people. On ground Afghanistan reality is the militia is now more of a network with various leaders. This means that its violence is difficult to control and that it is not easy for a state actor to determine who to talk to. Its you Afghans has to select your own Govt and bring peace to your country make sure not to become part of proxies and play in a hands of our nasty regional neighbour which has plan to keep unrest in our area.

Also Afghani Taliban is the voice of afghan, Pakistani Taliban is not the voice of Pakistan. People who bomb other countries and kill their civilians are martyrs but if they do the same in Pakistan they are not martyrs.

@@ashishbhatt6874 There are many reasons why we are in this situation today, but India too has something to do with it. Afghanistan, being a landlocked country, has always been dependent on Pakistan. People on both sides of the border are almost the same, so it's not possible for Pakistan to totally isolate itself from Afghanistan. In recent years, Pakistan has actually tried by putting up a fence at the border, but it's Afghans, not Pakistanis, who do not accept the border. In fact, previously, two Afghan governments had proposed merger with Pakistan, but it's Pashtuns within Pakistan who have always rejected the idea (strange as it may sound). The current problem in Afghanistan goes back to ethnic division between Pashtuns, Tajiks, Uzbeks and Hazaras. Northern Alliance mostly consisted of all these other groups except Pashtuns. After the Soviets left, Afghanistan fell into a civil war with these ethnic groups fighting each other. India supported the former factions of the Northern Alliance [by that time, Northern Alliance too had split] and funded them. Pakistan supported the Taliban, who had links in that country, because of Pakistan's large Pashtun population. And, so ultimately, the Taliban came to power and restored peace, for which you have to give them some credit. After 911, India lobbied with the US to give power to the former Northern Alliance, with Karzai and then Ghani as Pashtun figureheads. This isolated Pashtuns in Afghanistan, who are the majority, who then joined the Taliban movement. So the US and India picked the wrong horses. What should have happened was that after 911, the US should have tried to forge a national unity government, including the Taliban, with the help of Pakistan, which had interests in Afghanistan. Instead, the US tried to bring India into the picture and started a war with the Taliban which was never going to end well. This was a strategic blunder, and the result is obvious.
