It will lead our own people and Administration to the gutter and no one would touch and help us. And breaking one of our three pillars so easily makes our own CTA unstable and weak. His Eminence Professor Samdong Rinpoche is one of the best and highly expertise on law in this entire world. Tibetan community is so lucky to have such a great person to ask questions and inquire about constitution and law and order, religion, education, philosophy, literature and so on. Incredibly clear elaboration on the charters by Rinpoche.How comes the Chitue chairperson fails safeguard such disasters from happening without knowing the nuisance of the constitution.There should be criteria for future MPs to pass entry level jurisprudence examinations to be able to work within the framework of Tibetan constitution.A robust functioning constitution is the basic foundations of every governance.That’s what made America so great and powerful.

Rinpoche made clear explanation regarding our charter. Standing Committee members with our 31 chitues are at fault. All three judges should be reinstated. Now public has to make the final judgment by not electing those 31 chitues again. Request three judges to write directly to His Holiness. Thank you Rinpoche and VOT.
The Tibetan medias have reached out to Speaker Pema Jungney many times to have his views but he refused to give an interview. That’s means he knows that he took a wrong decision. Otherwise there is no point of hiding from the media if you have the truth. More importantly he misled the parliament and other Chithues followed by his baseless accusations. He should step down from the Post of Speaker and Chithues voluntarily if he is a true mass leader.
@@youngdoungtenzin5991 I know that they tried to interview but rejected many times. Still need to interview him at any cost and let him apologize to public. Today Pema jungney la resigned from his position. That is a positive sign of development but only resignation will not clear the disturbance caused by them. He have to give explanation to general public.
We Tibetans request all those Chithues who impeached the judges of Tibetan supreme judges to resign in shame. We have full respect and trust Professor Samdong Rinpoche and he has already made it clear that Chithues have made a grave mistake to fire all the judges without any due process. We request all voters not to elect any of those 31 Chithues in the coming elections.
Oh.. that’s so harsh on Tibet tv 🥲 but TTV is more of disseminating Tibet and Tibetan related current and situational knowledges to external world., they seldom focus on internal issues as it a CtA’s website and very difficult to look at it as a independent media (no one will trust top of course) However TTV doing well other than covering such internal issues.
I think Rinpoche is the most deserving and acceptable person who can explain our constitutional law in broadway, I hope this makes some sense to those who are not aware of the process (CTA). It is high time to accept their faults of withdrew three justices and appoint them back to their position in the next section meeting by withdrawing parliamentary fault decision is the best way to maintain the respect of law and rules and unity among Tibetans as well.

Highly respect to the Rinpoche 🙏and may you live long .I am not referring to the Rinpoche particularly but my opinion is referring to all monks or Rinpoche who ever involved in politics these days . For any monks or Lama should not be involved in any politics.it’s much much better to stay away from any politics. They can only concentrate on Buddha Dharma . That’s my humble request..🙏These days most people in the world see politics as a dirty game and if any monks with red robes sits in a parliament and talk about politics they doesn’t looks that well. They can live peacefully in monasteries not in A parliament building.I know Tibetan politics used to have such things before but now the time has change .we all need to change according to the time .. I am so sorry if I have hurt directly or indirectly to anyone.. my intention doesn’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings . It’s just my opinion.. Om ma ne med me hung 🙏🙏
Rinpoche is the father of Tibetan Constitution in Exile so we respect him very much and whatever rinpoche mentions will be the ultimate meaning of this constitutional breakdown crisis....
