He got a lot of criticism but he was easily the best manager United have had since Ferguson retired. He won two domestic trophies and the Europa League in his first season and then finished second gaining 81 points with a relatively average squad in the following campaign. That period seems like a golden age compared to their current sorry state.
@ that’s not what I said. I said he was giving it the big one and failed to deliver despite his ego and reputation at the time. Whether City won it or not does not excuse him failing to win it. He has won leagues with worse teams.
@@matthewdoyle3877 porto and inter were money rolled? Real madrid and chelsea i agree to an extent, but a lot of work still had to be done. Real madrid were not in a UCL quarter final in 8 years, mou led them to 3 semis in a row, 2 of which were lost unluckily. Roma wasn‘t bank rolled either and he reached back to back european finals, winning one and mostly losing one due to a shocking ref
Fenerbahçe fans love you, hope you will be our Sir Jose Mourinho and will win many tittles, especially for UEFA competitions :) 💛💙Jose hocam💛💙 Also Believe me Coach if you will win an Uefa title noone give a F about Turkish League title :) Because as Jorge Jesus said "This League ... "
I hope Mourinho show his Special effects and be champion with Fener. We are trusting you Mou please continue your trophies with us. Like you said we cant get some trophies for 10 years but it can't change how big, how great club we are.
It’s is a prophesy. If Xavi, Kompany and arteta are all pep disciples then Jose is a disciple of Newcastle great Sir Bobby Robson, and it’s meant to be that Jose goes up north and continues the legacy and story. Jose always talked about managing Newcastle one day cos of Sir Bobby and how nice would it be for the full circle of Sir Bobby and Kev. Keegan coming so close to trophies in the 90’s and 00’s that Jose the prodigal son should go up north and finish what they started.
LoL if he's in Newcastle, he will get the team to relegation battle or if it's Everton then surely Relegation., as his never ending saga of owners are not supporting me.
@@yoon5779 Nice. Always interesting to hear Mourinho speak. He was great for Sky for the few big games he was available for. Spoke 100% a tactical mindset on the game. 🔥 proper football man
@@majestiicc6094i mean he's literally pleading for some EPL teams to not only make an offer ( as they are only one's deep enough pockets 💰) but pay the release Clause 🙃, as he has already started the usual criticism theme of "Owners are not backing me".
He is living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world Istanbul, he has all the opportunities and facilities given to him, the fans look up to him for championship which the club hasnt reached in more than ten years. Fenerbahce is not a easy club to manage, i am sure he is under a lot of stress. If he could handle the pressure i dont see why not he wouldnt achieve as long as he has the support of the fans which is the most important element in this club. Cuz Turkish fans sometimes can be very critical. Thats in the culture. Not a easy league like a lot of Europeans assume.
Cant believe that this guy got "demoted" in public opinion based on some incompetant football owners... he must be in the "legends" category and in top jobs.
Kinda sad to see him fall a bit ,he hasn't been in the top 5 since he left Chelsea, wonder if he has that passion to reinvent himself for the next cycle of football.
His very very wrong decision at Man United was Alexis Sánchez. Before that cursed signing, United was flying. Alexis broke the dressing room and everything started to crumble.
@@aquenture his hotel is based in the European quarter of the city whilst Fenerbahce is in the Asian sector across the Bosphorus. So he commutes everyday to "Asia" and returns back to his hotel in "Europe".
This guy still sleeps in hotel just like a way he did durin his time with united... fenerbace will get rid of him.. hes expensive and his tactics belongs to jurrassic era.. charimatic character but his days are past over..way over..
Think josé would be a better pundit he's won everything he needs to hasn't been competing at the top for 5/6 years keeps getting sacked from all his previous clubs should be a sign to retire.
@@roverteam4914Thing is Ancelotti is still at top club & that sack is done in a somewhat respected manner, while Mourinho is always destroying Team chemistry & never ending saga of complaining of not spending money. In any era, Man management is most required attribute. As long as he won, owners can put on with it, But losing with that attribute is a quick ticket to dwindling to the bottom. That's what happened.
SKOOL BY THE GREAT BOBBY ROBSON... Sir Bobby Robson New him has an interpreter Pass over methods and fight Communication. And buy God he could give a good interviews. Long Live the King's 💯🤛🏽⚽️🥅🏟👑🇬🇧🇯🇲+×÷=Africa love him too. Give him is Flowers 🎉🌼 ❤❤
