It is beautiful but an acquired taste which will put most potential buyers off. Generally speaking, the more you personalise something the less popular it becomes
Even if he gave me this home for free, I could not afford the maintance fees from the building, Taxes and its upkeep. You need to be a Millionaires 100's of times over or a Billionaire to even be able to pay it's taxes and Maintenance or upkeep
That was the only thing I didn't like. I figured it was support pillars. As far as the rest I think it's up to personal taste but those pillars must go!

Unless of course you're a News Anchor or Late-night talk show host & need to get to your work just a walk around the corner, but this area is nothing but boring commercial space. It's not just the decor, but the building itself. The windows, staircase, and lobby is just so damn dated (& not in a good way). The renovation will take forever and another million if you still have any change left. You can buy an entire brownstone for just under 30Million (near Union/Washington Sq - or even upper West side) and it's SO MUCH nicer. This is just a scam.
You can use a room for whatever. One day it can be an office, the other day you move in a bed and boom, it's a bedroom. What part don't you understand about this concept?
Remember the kid's book "The Emperor's New Clothes". Basically a con artist comes to a village and makes clothing for the King but says you have to have class and educate to see the magical fabric and garments. So the king is walking in his supposed high end clothing and all the people lie and say how fabulous it looks fearing they will be seen as not having any class. Until one little kid yells "The King is Naked" We need more kids like that "BE THAT LITTLE KID".
I don't understand how Gianni walked around with no security is crazy!! That morning I was a kid when it happened I remember walking in the door and, he was murdered by a fan they said" which was strange bc, How did that Fan know Gianni was even walking without security that tragic day has everyone baffled. "that was a setup", I cried so bad bc he was just a designer trying to get BBy like everyone else.
I sure did enjoy this tour of the Versace house. It sounded hysterical to me with the two ladies giving a tour that sounded like NYC gutter rats with that accent!

People are protesting no can't afford apartments. You can RU-vid that to . Crazy USA is falling apart. And people think they can come and have a good life. Crazy Turkey has the best, Philippines, next if you have the money.
