Milanese modern doesn't get much better than this! Fantastic light and what a view. Even more eye-catching than Stefanie's boots, and that's not easy to do! Thanks Stefanie and Lionard, have a wonderful weekend!
Lovely views. The apartment itself is a nice space but it looks like it was designed by someone browsing renders on Pinterest by noting every current trend. Good presentation. Well done!
Italy has many hostorical palaces and house turned into elegant and luxury residences. But a touch of modernity and internationality is welcome :) It seems to be in New York or London.
I'd call the interior design of this property an absolute failure. No thought given to liveablitiy. Whoever was in charge of it should look into opportunities in the food service industry.
No soy amante de vivir en la ciudad, sin embargo, es muy elegante, delicado en los detalles y cercano a los lugares que amo.... Y como siempre Stefanie elegante y hermosa.
Alas no character here for me. Looks like a converted office building rather than a 'home'. Slightly odd colour grading and overexposed making the image look 'blown out'. Unusual as the video presentation is normally impeccable.
The audio quality of Stephanie's voice in this video is low and even sometimes jarring. Did You change the microphone or something? I advise making sure that the voice recording is of high quality and doesn't peak, otherwise it appears unprofessional.
Hello there Stephanie; Although I don’t often write comments in your very enjoyable presentation videos, I have to say on this one that your presentation is good as usual but the flat itself it doesn’t fit much in Milano style, glamour and elegance. No offence, but that flat looks like fitting in those horrible, tasteless “globalisation “ properties for the new rich.
Another spectacular property! As an American retired real estate person, I would recommend against using the word “exclusive” as it implies racial restrictions in the U.S.A. and is forbidden from use when describing real estate. I travel in Italy frequently and realize the word may be used in a different context, but since you serve an International clientele I thought it worth mentioning. Ciao!
