From listening to the song it appears that R. Kelly has a lot unresolved issues. He's outpouring his heart asking for forgiveness and understanding. He shows mixed feelings of remorse. Not only acknowledgement of his fall from grace, But also public acknowledgement of being a victim himself. I wish him best. If God can forgive him..... so can I.

ik this comment sounds like a joke but theres indisputable truth to that last part, except id argue that the majority of Americans haven't made such immoral 'mistakes' as he purportedly did but there are yes also a surprisingly large amount of people out there who have done similar things and even worse and just not gotten caught. I must admit it seems like R.Kelly is depressed and reaching out for help. Having endured being violated at an early age until the age of 14 and being afraid to tell someone is a hurtful situation. Maybe the smoking and drinking is his way to cover up the hurt he's endured that's still hunting him. Those that are talking about him like Steve Harvey and Tom Joyner among other successful older men should reach out to lift him up and not tear him down. As for the alleged allegations he's accused of, I don't condone his behavior at all. I just pray they're all cleared up and closure is brought in this mess.
