I didn't know about her until the music video came out. I'm not saying she doesn't deserve to be famous or that she wasn't already somewhat known, but it's safe to say "Fade" catapulted her into mainstream popularity.
At first she seemed too energetic and loud but this woman just grew on me fast. She's very real and very beautiful. More beautiful than even just her dancing...I'm impressed. So happy she has the life and the husband she deserves. Get it, Teyana.

So happy for Teyana. It's been a long ride for her, but I'm glad to see her finally enter her season. She's super talented. Besides singing and rapping, she even did choreo for Beyonce. She has an extensive resume, but people are now getting to know her.

If she followed her on Instagram, she would seem his proposal long before the baby. Teyana is an amazing artiste but barely gets the airplay she deserves. But like she says, everything in God's timing.
The biggest thing is her mouth goes into a natural frown which is very off-putting to men, but maybe other women wouldn't notice as much. That said, she was born with the face, but she earned the body, so I'm sure she's fine with that.

Teyana came to Chris Brown's aid during the whole '09 Grammy debacle, and I think she caught heat from folks for saying Chris shouldn't have had to keep apologizing. Many of us agreed with her.

God is love. This is a great example of how an intinally devastating situation can do a 180 and turn into the best thing that happened to you. Teyana and Iman look so good together and made two beautiful little girls. SO happy for her/them.
