The homes are beautiful But I always look for street lights in the blocks of the neighborhood I don't mean stop lights but lights for when it's dark outside I just wonder🤔

Those are mistaken for mansions. Just ordinary size homes for Texas. Really like the brick😮😮! California is stucco and wood. Ty for the tours!

Starter home new build he is talking about is around 500k starting price in cypress. Half a million for a “starter home”. He’s more of a salesman brainwashing you to buy something not affordable for 90% of first time home buyers.
